EduCrafter emphasizes customer satisfaction and we make everything possible to provide exceptional services to our users. Thus, keeping customers as our priority, we provide a money-back guarantee including 50% to a full refund (based on certain conditions). Go through our guide below to comprehend our money-back policy.


100% Refund

Missed deadline: EduCrafter is committed to delivering the paper on time as per the deadline stated in the order form. However, should we miss a deadline, the customer can request a 100% refund. Nonetheless, if the customer agrees to change or extend the deadline, a compensation of 20% will be provided. 


Technical issue: We understand technical issues can occur. If you encounter a problem during payment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you report the issue immediately before the writer begins working on your assignment.


50% Refund

Canceled orders: In case the customer cancels the order after confirmation, they can raise a request for a refund with us. However, a 50% refund of the total order amount will be given for such confirmed orders. 


Please note that all the refund requests will undergo a thorough review process to make sure the order is eligible for refund (it may take some time for the verification process to complete). 


Delays: Rebates will not be available for delays caused by the client, including delayed or late uploads of required documents or missed payment deadlines. 


Plagiarism refund: If the delivered content contains plagiarism, a Turnitin report will be required for verification to grant refunds. Please note that no other reports will be acceptable. In short, a refund will not be granted without a valid Turnitin report. 


Order Cancellations refunds

Full Refund (Credit/Reversal): You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement and receive a full 100% refund as a credit or reversal to your original payment method, provided:

  • The order deadline is 24 hours or more from the time of placement.

  • No writer has begun working on your order.


Partial Refund (Credit/Original Payment): In case you cancel your order after 1 hour or after a writer has begun working on it (within 24 hours of placement), you are eligible for a 20% refund issued as a credit to your account or a refund to your original payment method.


Completed or Under-Editing Orders:  Cancellations are not possible for completed or under-editing orders. However, in such cases, you may be eligible for a store credit or partial refund after a thorough review by our team. 

Important Notes:

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your completed paper. Refund requests submitted after 30 days may be considered for a partial credit on your account, subject to eligibility or validity.

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee specific grades on your assignments.  While we strive to deliver high-quality work, a refund will not be granted solely based on your grade. However, we are committed to your success and may be able to offer assistance with your next order.

Refunds are not applicable for

On-time delivery: We strive to deliver all orders on time. However, occasionally, delays may occur due to late uploads of required materials by the customer. To ensure a smooth experience and timely delivery, we kindly recommend submitting all task details and additional resources at the time of placing your initial order. When necessary resources or documents are not uploaded on time, NO REFUND CAN BE GRANTED.

Plagiarized Content: If the user wants refunds due to plagiarized content, a Turnitin report is necessary to verify the claim. Please note that the Turnitin report will undergo verification to grant refunds.

Payment delays: To ensure a smooth order process, timely payments are necessary to allow and prioritize your project efficiently.  In the event of a delayed payment, the order completion timeframe may also be delayed. In such cases, refund requests will not be entertained.

Note: Please note that revision deadlines are separate from initial order deadlines.  Therefore, delays caused by late payments won't affect the timeframe for revisions or necessitate price adjustments.

Disputed claims: We understand that revisions may be necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, whenever a claim is made or a refund request is initiated, EduCrafter will perform a thorough verification of such claims/requests. Thus, the response to such requests will be made based on the verification results. 

Also, note that while we deliver high-quality essays, we cannot guarantee specific grades on your assignments.  Grades depend on various factors beyond our control. However, we are committed to your academic success and may be able to offer assistance with your next order.

To ensure a prompt resolution, all refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your completed paper. Requests submitted after 30 days may be considered for a partial account credit, subject to review of your specific situation.
